Fixtures And Match Information

The weekly fixtures are updated on the BWHA website. BWHA have advised that there are some difficulties with the Sportingpulse automatic draws listed on their website meaning the information may not be correct.  Until this is fixed,  go "Umpiring" and "Allocations" for correct information. You can also sign up to receive match reminders in your email and notification of when the results have been posted.

Turf teams

These divisions play at the following venues:

• The State Hockey Centre, Lytton Road, Colmslie (SHC)
• Burringbar Park, Playfield Street, Chermside (BP)
• Redcliffe Hockey Club, Oxley Avenue, Redcliffe (RED)

Senior and Junior Grass Teams
These divisions play at Downey Park (DP), Windsor (access via Green Terrace or Noble Street)

Under 9 and Under 7 Rookey Teams
These divisions play at Rasey Park (RP), Butterfield Street, Herston.

Parking
Parking at Downey Park and Rasey Park is very limited and can be difficult.  Please ensure you allocate plenty of extra time to your trip to allow for this (up to 20 minutes). Car-pooling is encouraged.

Wet Weather
Since wet weather in Brisbane can be very localised, please do not assume fixtures or training will be cancelled if it is raining at your location.  If games are cancelled by BWHA, their website is updated as soon as the decision is made, and they contact the club secretaries who inform the relevant people.  If in doubt, contact your Team Manager or Coach, or you can call the wet weather number below.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE BWHA OFFICE!
