Uniforms And Supporter Clothing

The SWU uniform consists of a blue, white and orange shirt, an orange skirt and blue and orange socks.  We also have a blue supporter shirt with our club logo, and we would love to see more of them around the fields! All player uniforms and supporter clothing can only be purchased through the club, either from our Uniform Co-ordinator or right here on the website.

We highly recommend that you order your uniform as soon as possible to ensure you receive it before games begin. We have a large range of sizes from Junior to Senior. We also have some second hand stock (from Co-ordinator only) and are happy to receive your uniforms back in good condition.

Ordering Your Uniforms

You can place your order by clicking on the Hockey Shop categories in the shopping menu on the left hand side of the page. These have been sorted into Junior and Senior for your convenience so please make sure you select the right category before purchasing.  Payment for uniforms purchased on the website will be made by PayPal. Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account - if you have a credit card, you don't have to!  Simply choose the items you want, complete the checkout process and input your details as required into PayPal's secure payment form.

Our other payment methods (cash, credit card cheque or money order made out to South West United Women's Hockey Club Inc) are still available so please contact Jacki on 0407 746 707 if you would like to enquire about this.  A completed Uniform Order Form (below) and full payment is required at the time of ordering.

All Uniform items will be available for collection at your training sessions or alternative arrangements can be made with the Uniform Co-ordinator.  When you fill in your details to complete your order, please remember that the player that you nominate as ‘Player 1’ will have the uniforms delivered to their coach. Please make sure that ‘Player 1’ has a printed copy of your receipt of payment as the uniforms cannot be collected without it.

The following items are also required when playing a BWHA hockey game:

• Correct club uniform - shirt, skirt and socks
• Shin pads
• Mouthguard
• Running shoes/trainers/grass shoes
• A BWHA approved hockey stick
• Sunscreen
• Soft brimmed hat

The following items are required when training:

• Comfortable clothing
• Shin pads
• Mouthguard

• A BWHA approved hockey stick

The club strongly recommends players wear hockey shoes/boots with non-slip rubber "spikes" appropriate for the surfaces on which they play.

Wearing jewellery whilst playing sport can cause serious injury - please ensure that all jewellery is removed before training and matches.
